Classes are designed to tone the deep abdominal muscles and strengthen the pelvic floor. We nourish the body with restorative yoga postures and mindful breathing.
Holistic Birth Preparation
Through four fully immersive courses, I use evidence-based information and spiritual science to help you plan and prepare for birth. I cover the subtle body, Ayurvedic self-care, natural pain relief, anatomy, and more.
Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula
I use the wisdom of Ayurveda to bring restoration and ease during the first 42 days of the fourth trimester. You are supported physically, spiritually, and emotionally while creating a space of ultimate comfort.
Private Yoga
Mindful movement, pranayama, and meditation in the comfort of your own home. Each class is crafted specifically to your needs.
