Āyurvedic Birth Doula

As your birth doula, I will provide support before, during, and after your birth. I will help you develop a relationship with your body’s natural wisdom and empower you to make the best decision for your delivery.

● One Ayurvedic birth prep (90 min.)

● Attendance at birth (join you in hospital)

● 24/7 phone and email support from 36 weeks until birth

● TOTAL VISITS: 2 + attendance at birth

Package 2: Essentials

● One Ayurvedic birth prep (90 min.)

● One Ayurvedic postpartum prep (90 min.)

● One private pregnancy breath & sound (60 min.)

● Attendance at birth (join you in hospital)

● Postpartum phone call within first 3 days after birth

● Postpartum visit within first 7 days after birth (60 min.)

● 24/7 phone and email support from 36 weeks until birth

● TOTAL VISITS: 4 + attendance at birth

Package 3: Golden

● One Ayurvedic birth prep (90 min.)

● One Ayurvedic postpartum prep (90 min.)

● One private pregnancy breath & sound (60 min.)

● Join you at home during active labor and we go to the hospital together

● Attendance at birth until 1 hour after placenta delivery

● Postpartum phone call within first 3 days after birth

● Postpartum visit within first 7 days after birth (60 min.)

● One private postpartum yoga session (60 min.)

● TOTAL VISITS: 5 + attendance at birth

Package 4: Radiant

● One Ayurvedic birth prep (90 min.)

● One Ayurvedic postpartum prep (90 min.)

● One private pregnancy breath & sound (60 min.)

● Join you at home during early labor and we go to the hospital together

● Attendance at birth until 1 hour after placenta delivery

● Postpartum phone call within first 3 days after birth

● Postpartum visit within first 7 days after birth (60 min.)

● 3 private postpartum yoga sessions (60 minutes per session)

● TOTAL VISITS: 7 + attendance at birth

You can rest knowing that you will be informed and have a continuous, knowledgeable support person by your side the whole way.

Prenatal Yoga

I took Prenatal Yoga with Constance almost every week of my pregnancy, and she ended up being a huge part of my pregnancy journey. I felt active, strong, and capable in my body throughout my pregnancy, and I was doing yoga right up to the moment I gave birth! I literally birthed my daughter into this world in the exact lunge position that Constance made sure to have us practice every single class. Her gentle and consistent guidance and encouragement—“You’ve got this mamas! You’re stronger than you think you are”—seeped into my bones and supported me all throughout my pregnancy and into my birth experience.

Āyurvedic Postpartum Doula

I use the wisdom of Āyurveda to bring restoration and ease during the first 42 days of the fourth trimester. You are supported through nourishing Āyurvedic meals, prānāyāma + meditation, baby care, and more! While creating a space of ultimate comfort, you will be taken care of physically so that you can simply rest.

Postpartum Yoga

Classes are designed to nourish the body with Āyurvedic self-care, restorative yoga, and prānāyāma. I use simple, but effective exercises to tone the deep abdominal muscles and strengthen the pelvic floor.
